Who we are

Dangerously Fit is a fitness app and accompanying content library operated by Dan Clay (Dangerously Fit Pty Ltd, Australia). You can reach us at josh@veritusagent.ai for any privacy questions.

What we collect

Account: your email address, display name, and the date you created your account. We collect these so we can sign you in and keep your training history associated with you.

Training data: the workouts and exercises you complete in the app, the dates, the duration, the weight you used, optional notes you write, and (when you choose) a rate-of-perceived-exertion value. We use this to show your history, streaks, and progress.

Device + app data: we use Sentry to capture crash reports and Expo Updates to push fixes. These include your device model, OS version, app version, and the screen you were on when something went wrong. They do not include your training data unless that data was relevant to the crash. IP addresses appear in our crash reports for a limited time and are then discarded.

We do not collect: location, contacts, microphone, camera, HealthKit data, or any biometric measurements.

How we use it

To run the app — sign you in, sync your library, render your history.

To improve the app — review crash reports and aggregate usage patterns (which screens are visited, which workouts are popular).

To send transactional emails — magic-link sign-in emails and (with your consent) program reminders.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to build profiles for targeting.

Where it lives

Authentication, account data, and training data live on Supabase (PostgreSQL, US-East). Video content is served from Cloudflare R2 (multi-region edge). Crash reports live in Sentry (US). Push notifications, when enabled, are routed via Apple's APNs.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or full deletion at any time by emailing josh@veritusagent.ai. We will action deletion requests within 30 days; the only retention is anonymous aggregate analytics, which contain no identifier linkable back to you.

You can also delete your account from the in-app Settings screen, which removes your profile, training history, and authentication record immediately.

Children

Dangerously Fit is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Cookies / tracking

The app does not use cookies. The marketing website at dangerouslyfit-marketing.pages.dev uses no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts beyond Cloudflare's standard delivery infrastructure.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will surface them in the app's Settings screen and email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is at the top of this document.
